Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, view, or store your images, and we make no claim of ownership or license over them. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and edit any images you process with our tools.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site itself — including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and the Imagetoolsify name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its underlying software without our prior written permission.
